How is this possible? See our sample scenarios:

  • Monday: Regional classics – Distinctive black pudding with buckwheat groats and onions, served with farmer’s ham, traditional Racibórz cottage cheese, and crunchy sandwich pickles.
  • Tuesday: Light in a Fit version – Greek-style yogurt with a mix of dried fruits and nuts (cashews, cranberries, pumpkin seeds) and a set of marinated vegetables: pattypans, beets, and colorful olives.
  • Wednesday: Sweet breakfast – Fluffy pancakes with cherry jam and a selection of homemade cakes: delicious crumbly blue cheese cake or apricot cake.
  • Thursday: Champions’ breakfast – Pepper frankfurters and Silesian sausage with mustard, served alongside sheet pâté and aromatic marinated mushrooms.
